ROAD RUNNING

7.00pm - 4 mile and 6 mile distance options

7pm - Fartlek sessions - Pontefract Park car park

WEDNESDAYS

6.50pm for a 7.00pm start - Social 5k - Suitable for all abilities.

CROSS COUNTRY

COMPETITION ONLY

Our Road Running sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights for seniors are over various distances from about 3 miles and upwards.

They are suitable for runners of all abilities. Most Senior members run longer distances in training and sometimes do hill training, off road or interval training.

It is much safer running in a group instead of running on your own. Distances and routes will be shared in advance on the facebook page.

Our Track and Field training sessions for junior members, aged 8 and above, on Mondays and Fridays at the Kings School and at Thornes Park Athletics Stadium on Wednesdays are designed to give athletes the opportunity to develop their skills at a range of different events - running, jumping and throwing. Qualified coaches are present at these sessions to give advice and tuition. Why not give us a try?
